ANGEL LUCIFER, THE FALLEN ONE, by Charles Simpson
A Theological Novel Exploring the Origin of Evil

Since He is all-powerful, then why does God allow so much suffering and heartache to take place in this world in which we live? If God is the Creator of all, does this mean He is the Author of evil? The puzzle of evil is vastly incomplete without considering the legacy of Lucifer. Once an anointed angel in heaven, he somehow turned into the enemy of all that is right and holy and good. Using the Biblical glimpses of his downfall as a framework, I paint a picture of this amazing transformation in which Lucifer, the Lightbearer, eventually became Satan, the seductive hater of God. Through using some imagination and inspiration (while remaining within the parameters of Biblical revelation) perhaps we can get a better understanding of the origin and essence of evil.

APPOINTED FOR SIGNIFICANCE, by Roger Lehman
Discovering Heaven's Healing & Purpose for Your Life!

Throughout the Biblical record we see how God called some of the most unlikely people to positions of great responsibility and significance. Gideon considered himself least in his father's house, Moses was slow of speech, and David was just a shepherd boy. Yet, because they heard God's call and looked beyond their circumstances, they became men that shook nations. Their fears, inadequacies, and dysfunctional pasts were no hindrance to God who saw the potential in their hearts.

CHRISTIAN ISLAND

PARABLES ABOUT PRIDE. GOSSIP, AND DISCONTENTMENT

In the Sea of Humanity, off the coast of Mammon, there's an island called Christian, where Mr. Saved Soul is the Mayor. Because of its beautiful beaches and abundant orchards, this island’s reputation became much larger than its actual size. Thus begins the first of three parables in which Mayor Saved Soul of Christian Island learns how to overcome pride, gossip, and discontentment. The setting is on Christian Island, a tranquil place where the Mayor serves under the care and authority of the great King. Although the following stories are intentionally light and friendly, don’t be fooled! The truths they contain are life-changing, and suitable for adults, teenagers, and children.
